We’ve been going from strength to strength in this business for over 20 years now, so we’re no ‘flash-in-the-pan’!

Our experience is gained from a whole life spent in the food service industry, from our MD starting as an apprentice in the Dunadry Inn Hotel to having owned chip shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops.

Through our Foodservice Division we supply Restaurants, Gastro-Pubs, Fish & Chip shops, Fast Food Take-Aways and Pizza shops. In fact, if you've ever enjoyed a really good takeaway curry or southern fried chicken gravy chip, chances are you already like our sauces.

We're very proud of our range of sauces and we know what our customers like. We are now delighted to be able to supply our sauce concentrates in handy 325g retail tubs for you to prepare and enjoy in your own home.
